On achieving the milestone of 200 issues, The Screen Print India Awards were presented to recognize and showcase an elite group of achievers who have made a mark in their respective fields. The recipients came from across India to bask in the glory of being declared as a winner and that too in the presence of one’s own industry brethren.

On the evening of April 24, 2010 the select industry stalwarts, companies and young guns stood out among their contemporaries and they well deserved the prestigious mark of recognition.

To give away the award, Bharat Sethia, Director of Tarun Printech was invited onstage. The award was presented to Narendra Dadia, Chairman of Dhaval Colour Chem (DCC) Pvt. Ltd. for his contribution to the industry, which is invaluable as he has helped in upgrading of Indian textile printing industry. DCC is the only company that provides the total turnkey projects in textile screen printing. They are also the sole distributors of M&R printing machines in India. Their constant innovation and development has helped the industry grow globally.

In the past 36 years, DCC has helped the textile & garment manufacturers by providing high quality products. They have constantly been introducing new printing technologies and keeping Indian customers aware about the latest product development taking place globally.

To be presented an award of this stature at an industry gathering from senior industry representatives was an ultimate honor for the award recipients. Their pleasure and pride was clearly reflected in their broad smiles and the manner in which they celebrated their victory arm in arm with friends from the industry.
