These machines are used for textiles, furnishing, fashionable apparel, sportswear, promotional apparel, panels, metal, films & many more.. The heat transfer machine comprises of three categories;

PIECE to PIECE: These are the flat presses for printing substrates and fabrics in cut pieces. DCC offers a wide range of conventional hot plate presses for sublimation and transfer printing. Available are individual presses for special applications.

ROLL to ROLL: These are calendars for printing continuous and reel-wound materials. Designed for continuous printing of fashion and furnishing fabrics, non-wovens, and films, these have limited runs of promotional materials, narrow strip fabrics and ribbons.

PIECE to ROLL: These are special calendars capable of operation in both modes, material in cut pieces and in rolls. Used are transfer paper in both sheet format (screen-print, off-set) and roll format (rotary, digital).

The Mod. 200 MAXIPRINTER is a large press for flat sublimation thermoprinting. The extremely interesting technical innovations of the NEW version have been combined with all the advantages and reliability of the old, which, for years, have ensured the worldwide success of this model. The multifunctions offered by this printer make it ideal for application in the textile industry (in particular for printing sports-wear, pullovers, carpets, hosiery and accessories), as well as for printing tiles, glass and metal articles (doors, profiles, blackboards, trays, etc.). As the machine incorporates a double work surface (on which the material to be printed and the printing paper itself is placed), and as an electrically heated upper plate moves alternately from one work surface to another, production down-time is avoided.

Roll to Roll (Calendar)

The calendar mod. 76 was studied for thermoprinting and thermosetting ribbons, labels and narrow textiles.

Monti Mod 70 & 73

The calendar series mod. 70/73 has been designed for the continuous sublimed thermoprinting and the thermofixing of ribbons, labels and thin fabrics with a maximum working area of 650mm.

Monti Mod 120 CFE

Innovative and versatile printing calendar (movable on wheels) suitable for both the transfer of dye sublimation inks from paper to materials to be printed, and for the reactivation of inks directly printed on textile by means of plotters.

Monti Mod 75 CFE

Mod.75-CFE series machinery was designed for the continuous sublimatic thermoprinting of opened fabrics and reactivation of direct-to-textile inks with maximum working dimensions mm 1600 ( 63" ).

The Printing calendar Mod 72 (patented) was specifically designed for small production runs of printable materials. It is an ideal machine for transfer printing paper produced using the new digital color printing system, exceptional technology with great flexibility and for the reactivation of inks directly printed on textile, by means of plotters. This calendar contains all the high technology offered by the various other calendars produced by Monti Antonio, while guaranteeing however a greatly reduced electrical consumption, exceptional compactness and an enviable simplicity of operation.

Model 901 Calendar are available in four sizes with operative widths ranging from 70" to 133" for roll to roll Dye Sublimation & Transfer Printing and for the reactivation of inks directly printed on textile, by means of plotters.

The mod.980/3600 series of calendars was designed for the continuous transfer thermoprinting of curtains, upholstery fabrics,bedcovers,no-woven fabrics and all printable continuous materials with a width ranging from 2000 mm to 3600 mm.

This is the transfer printing calendar for LARGE QUANTITY PRODUCTION. We have succeeded in condensing in a machine of compact dimensions a printing cylinder with a diameter of 1000 mm., the surface of which is almost completely exploited. This permits a production of nearly double that of a calendar of traditional dimensions (500 mm.), significantly lowering all transfer printing costs.

Mod 95 is a Roll to Roll calendar for transfer of wide fabrics, with alignment of 2 x 1600 mm papers side by side.

Model 950 is a calendar for transfer printing and direct ink reactivation. The cylinder is heated by three resistors (heating elements) in a vacuum sealed oil bath, in complete absence of air and pressure and the temperature of the cylinder is set by a touch screen.
