DCC Annual Conclave - 2017, Goa

DCC hosted its 2017 conclave at Rio Resort, Goa from 29th April to 1st May. This 3 day festival saw outdoor activities, skits, Bollywood night, beach fun, awards and recognition, strategic presentations, beach party, enlightening training session and some more beach fun. After all, they picked a happening location. All in all it was a big party!
It began with all the teams coming out in the green space for team building activities that included river crossing, sack race, tug of war and many other. The idea of pepping people with outdoor activities was enabling staff at all corporate levels to work together as true team players that eventually resulted in group skills, healthy communication and bonding.

The group activities were followed by skits liberating voices on topics like;
- Stop Child Labor
- No Smoking
- Stop Drink & Drive
- Stop Littering

Then followed the retro-themed award and Bollywood night, where people rocked their best 1960s-inspired attire while sipping retro cocktails.

Day 2 comprised of strategic presentations that kicked off with management addressing organizational goals. Each department strategized their way forward, ensuring growth at all levels. The bustle finally ended with the entire DCC team unwinding at the beach before the sun began to set.

Between all the fun, day 3 involved the sales and service training to unleash the sales potential, expand existing accounts and implement business development culture in the service department.
